The Founder.
ST Sammel is an enterprise advisor and award-winning filmmaker who diagnoses and transforms organisational misalignment using observational rigour rooted in narrative craft and psychological insight. Her clients come to her when team effort doesn't yield market results despite a clear strategy and strong capability.
She strategically diagnoses and transforms three layers through The Subconscious Narrative™:
Strategy: Business goals and leadership priorities
Culture: How teams actually operate
Brand: What customers experience
When three layers misalign, revenue leaks, talent leaves, and brand promise disconnects from delivery. ST reveals where organisational systems contradict strategic intent, then implements structural frameworks that realign all layers.
Background
Originally from Germany, ST has been based in Singapore for over a decade. She trained at the Free University Berlin, Germany, at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, at the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in the UK, and served on the Communications and New Media faculty at the National University of Singapore, where she developed strategic communications programs at the intersection of behavioural psychology and market impact.
Ten years across broadcast production, brand content, higher education, and enterprise consulting means she sees dysfunction patterns before the performance data proves them. Her solutions hit fast — her people-first approach and intercultural field work experience allow her to connect with employees for purpose-driven, authentic change.
The Filmmaker's Lens
ST developed The Subconscious Narrative™ methodology, not despite running a production company, but because of it. As a writer-director-producer of character-driven films about belonging and identity, she applies the same observational techniques filmmakers use to decode narrative structure to organisational behaviour diagnosis.
Her film work has screened at festivals globally, been placed on US streaming platforms, and received international market attention. This dual practice creates a compound advantage: the filmmaker's lens makes her a better strategist, the strategic work makes her a better storyteller. Narrative psychology is at the core of all her work.
Biome Entertainment's active film production practice directly enables the company's media and video capabilities for enterprise clients, turning transformation impact into compelling visual storytelling.
