Case Study: Access to Justice
Client Problem
The client requested a single corporate video to convey their brand and mission. However, the organization faced the challenge of addressing a complex value chain. If we had delivered a video based solely on the brief, we would have done the client a disservice. Instead of rushing into media production, we introduced our methodology for a holistic value-approach.
Methodology Solution
After two months of internal research, including staff interviews, field research, and anonymous surveys, we mapped the corporate culture values for a media campaign while aligning with the client’s budget and market plans. We identified a way to truly meet the project brief with a series, which was achievable with our thorough planning and logistical understanding of the client.
Impact
We implemented a value-driven storytelling strategy to create five corporate videos as an anthology web series. Each video targeted specific audience engagement goals, empowering the client’s in-house team for future projects. The series impressed VIP stakeholders and enhanced the client's authority in their field, exceeding the initial project brief.
