Leadership Upskilling: Storytelling for Better Presentations & Public Speaking

We designed a bespoke one-day Workshop for the directorial leadership team of ITE College East, using our proprietary methodology, the Subconscious Narrative™:

• leadership alignment on goals and outcomes for ongoing improvement

• storytelling structure and audience engagement skill training, tailored to the complex audiences of the team (parents, students, stakeholders, partners)

• workshop implementation with theory + practice components for authentic brand positioning and individual speaker attunement

• 1:1 live upskilling demonstrations, feedback, and advice for lasting and cross-team impact scale

  • Impact: The client gained new skills in communication and narrative brand positioning with a key understanding of how to engage audiences.
